Have you come to the decision that it's time to sell your home? Maybe you've been hesitant to do so because it seems like so much work in addition to what you are already managing. As your Realtor, one of my favorite questions to answer is, "How Much is My Home Worth?" or "What Should I Ask ?" If you have recently asked yourself these questions, this post could be beneficial to you as I have a cost saving offer here for new listing clients.
If you have been through the home buying or selling process before, you are likely familiar with "comparable values" or "comps" as a best guide to find an answer to these questions. While the process of estimating "How Much is My Home Worth?" based on its "comp value" isn't a secret, going beyond the data is where I like to find added value in giving clients confidence in their asking price.
In most instances, the added value you are looking for is already there. The highest perceived value of your home will be found by perspective buyers when your home is free and clear of clutter.
